Pledge to Our Customers

At CRMVI we understand that we are entering our customer’s homes and businesses. While we are not direct employees, we understand that the way we conduct ourselves and the quality of our work directly impacts you and your business. As such, we make the following pledges to our customers.
Responsiveness – When you’re in need of a service call we pledge to come to your location as quickly as we can. We understand that what may be a minor inconvenience for some customers can be a major problem for other customers depending on their business configuration. We strive to prioritize all service calls based on this understanding.
Attention to Details – The Devil is in the details. We pledge to always be attentive to your needs and to avoid shortcuts and/or cutting corners when it comes to taking care of you. We take our work seriously. It is important to us to provide you a quality service/product and to know that when we are done you are truly taken care of. We pledge to be attentive to our surroundings and to do our best to fulfill your needs with as little inconvenience to your operation as possible.
Communication – You, as the customer, are a very valuable source of information for us, and we want you to understand what we are doing and why. We pledge to take the time to listen to you so that we can understand your needs and identify how we can help you. We pledge to communicate effectively with you regarding all work that we are doing so that you know what we are doing and why. We pledge to keep you informed of progress on projects or repairs, as well as keeping you apprised of any delays that may come up for whatever reason.
Integrity – We hope that you understand that we are not perfect. Should we have a problem or a mishap while working for you, we pledge that we will do everything we can to make it right and to ensure that you are treated fairly. We also carry a $2,000,000.00 general liability policy to ensure that our customers are covered in an unfortunate event. We are proud to say that we have had no claims to date.
