CRMVI, LLC is the culmination of a partnership started by Mark Park and David Pepka in late 2012.
Mark Park had started Caribbean Refrigeration and Mechanical, LLC out of Tulsa Oklahoma in 2009 after visiting the Caribbean as an auditor for a national customer and seeing the need for a quality service company focused on the unique needs of grocers.
David Pepka was first introduced to the Caribbean in 2006 when he came to St. Thomas to startup a branch of a regional service company out of Atlanta, GA. In 2010, David began an independent commercial refrigeration company based in St. Thomas, USVI.
In late 2012, Mark and David had agreed to a trial partnership with the understanding that if the partnership succeeded that the company would be re-formed as a US Virgin Islands Entity. As such, CRMVI, LLC officially came into being in 2013.
Through unfortunate circumstances, Mark made the hard decision to move back to Oklahoma at the end of 2014. CRMVI, LLC has remained a USVI entity and has continued to prosper under the leadership of David Pepka. This would not be possible without the help and dedication of the men and women who make up our team.
